About

I’m the history of philosophy postdoc in MIT’s Department of Linguistics and Philosophy. Before joining MIT, I was a Postgraduate Research Associate and lecturer in Princeton’s Department of Philosophy. I received my PhD in Philosophy from Princeton as a member of the Program in Classical Philosophy, and a double-major honors BA in Classics and Philosophy from McGill University.

I specialize in ancient Greek and Roman philosophy and science, especially Aristotle. Secondary research and teaching interests include moral, social, and political philosophy—particularly bioethics, feminist theory, and Marxism—as well as the history and philosophy of the life sciences.

I’m from Montréal and am currently based in NYC. Outside of work, I like vegan baking, contemporary ballet, and birdwatching.
